Terms and conditions for Business Deals

By making a reservation for 2024, you automatically approve our general terms and conditions.

INTENT OF AGREEMENT
◦ The agreement shall form the basis for a collaboration between the Customer and Anker Apartment regarding the purchase of hotel services for individual and group travel.
◦ The agreement covers the customer’s employees, members and events organized by the Customer.

RATES
The contract rate will be informed via e-mail. 
Special conditions during high season (01.05-30.09):
◦ Reservations must be done no later than 1 month prior to arrival to be guaranteed contract rate.
◦ Reservations done less than 1 month prior to arrival are not guaranteed contract rate, but will be offered minimum 15 % discount of our standard rate.

Special conditions during low season (01.01-30.04 og 01.10-31.12):
◦ Reservations must be done no later than 14 days prior to arrival to be guaranteed contract rate.
◦ Reservations made less than 14 days prior to arrival are not guaranteed contract rate, but will be offered minimum 15 % discount of our standard rate.

The contract rate is not available during the following periods:
14.-17.02.24              02.-04.05.24
28.-30.05.24              26.-29.06.24

RESERVATION/CANCELLATION/PAYMENT CONDITIONS
◦ We ask you to refer to the Customers company name when making a reservation.
◦ Reservations can be made directly to the hotel

◦ Cancellation deadline for individual reservations is midnight the day prior to arrival. For group bookings over 5 rooms, different terms and conditions may apply.
◦ Payment must be done in advance either with credit card or proforma invoice. Requests for invoicing must be made in writing and agreed separately by e-mail. Anker Apartment will do a credit check to determine whether an invoice can be sent after the stay. The invoice will be sent via EHF or e-mail.

NO-SHOW
◦ Payment for rooms not used/cancelled will be sent to the Customer.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
◦ Anker Apartment serves the right to adjust the rates because of general price increases or increases in public taxes and duties.

PARKING
◦ We have a parking garage operated by OnePark. Payment is made via the parking machine or parking app.

DURATION OF THE AGREEMENT
◦ The contract period is specified via e-mail. Anker Apartment expects to be open all days.

FORCE MAJEURE
◦ Strike, lock-out, fire, non-delivery, or other circumstances beyond the hotel’s control, give the hotel the right to cancel reservations without notice and liability for compensation.
